Sunday Sessions at chefsTABLE are a series of events running throughout 2023 with the goal of raising money for Team GBs path to glory at Bocuse d’Or. 100% of the money raised will be donated to the team for ingredients, training and equipment. Join us for an up-close and personal dining experience with different guest chefs. Each lunch will include a minimum of 10 courses as well as carefully selected wine pairing.
For our next guest chef we welcome Adam Bennett MCA who took over as Executive Chef of The Cross at Kenilworth in September 2013 after almost 20 years working at Michelin-starred restaurants. Within just 12 months he received a Michelin star - which it retains today. At The Cross, Adam uses his experience of cooking at Michelin level to create dishes perfect for the relaxed atmosphere of a popular pub setting. In 2013 Adam achieved the highest score ever for a British chef in the Bocuse d’Or world final - just six points off the podium and a record yet to be beaten. He is also a Master of Culinary Arts.
